The CastleWall® Surgical Technique is a minimally invasive immediate implant technique that offers patients both predictable and excellent aesthetic outcomes. This technique was an evolution of a process that began in Germany over a decade earlier in 2010.

The latest microsurgical techniques and instruments are used so that minimal pain and a fast recovery can be expected. A 360-degree ring of tooth root is prepared inside the jaw bone and any infection removed.  The implant is then placed through this ring of root and anchored to the jaw bone.

Retaining this ring of root around the implant is like a protective shield that is essential to preserving a healthy jaw bone that will not shrink over time like traditional implant techniques.

hOW DOES IT WORK?

For a long time, it was believed that the implant itself would maintain the jaw bone over time.

We now know this is not true!

Dr Castle wanted a technique that was more predictable than traditional techniques – a technique that was not only fast but did not require expensive and often painful bone and gum grafting.

His goal was very clear and simple – to make a dental implant tooth beautiful and natural looking and almost indistinguishable from a real tooth.

By preserving a ring of root around your dental implant – you get the best of both worlds – the strength of titanium with the beauty of nature!

In this example, the infected lateral incisor on the right side with visible gum abscess (above) was replaced on the same day using this CastleWall® Surgical Technique.

“EXCELLENT AESTHETICS”

From the beginning

The CastleWall® Surgical Technique developed by Dr Cameron Castle, is an evolution of a concept that started in Germany in 2010.

A ground breaking scientific paper was then written in collaboration with The University of Queensland.

This innovative solution offers patients a natural way of achieving beautiful cosmetic results with dental implants.

How do we compare?

Traditional

CastleWall

Below is a case where the front tooth on the left side was replaced with an implant using a traditional technique?  The front tooth on the right side was replaced using the CastleWall® Surgical Technique.  Notice that there is considerable more bone and gum loss  where the traditional technique was used.
